1. Who we are, and what we are not

Bose Dynamics publishes DYNA, a suite of technical analysis indicators for the TradingView platform. We are a software publisher and an educational resource.

Bose Dynamics is not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as an Investment Adviser or as a Research Analyst, and is not registered or licensed as a financial adviser, broker, dealer, or portfolio manager in any other jurisdiction. We do not provide personalised investment advice, portfolio management, or trade recommendations of any kind, and we do not accept fees for any such service.

2. Not investment advice

All content on this website and in the DYNA indicators — including signals, plots, alerts, labels, levels, zones, backtest figures, screenshots, documentation, and anything shared in our Telegram community — is provided for general informational and educational purposes only.

It is not:

• investment, financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice;
• an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy or sell any security, derivative, currency, commodity, or other financial instrument;
• tailored to your financial situation, objectives, risk tolerance, or needs;
• a promise, guarantee, or assurance of any particular outcome.

An indicator drawing an arrow, a level, or an alert on your chart is a computation over historical price data — not a recommendation. Consult a licensed financial professional before acting on anything you see here.

3. Past performance does not predict future results

Any historical results, backtests, example charts, or screenshots shown on this site illustrate how an indicator behaved on past data. Past performance is not indicative of, and offers no guarantee of, future results.

Backtested and hypothetical results carry particular limitations. They are prepared with the benefit of hindsight, and they do not account for slippage, brokerage, exchange fees, taxes, market impact, liquidity constraints, execution delays, or the psychological pressures of trading live capital. No representation is made that any account will or is likely to achieve results similar to those shown.

4. Market risk

Financial markets are volatile and can move sharply against you, including overnight and while markets are closed. Losses can be rapid and substantial.

Trading in derivatives — including futures and options on NIFTY, BANK NIFTY, and other indices and equities — carries a high degree of leverage. Leverage magnifies gains and losses alike, and your losses may exceed your initial deposit. A significant majority of individual traders in leveraged instruments lose money. Intraday and scalping strategies, which several DYNA indicators are designed for, compound this risk through higher trade frequency and higher transaction costs.

5. The tools are provided "as is"

DYNA indicators are software. They are provided as is and as available, without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.

Specifically, we do not warrant that:

• any indicator is free of errors, bugs, or defects;
• calculations, signals, or alerts will always be correct, timely, or delivered at all — alert delivery depends on TradingView and on your own device, network, and notification settings;
• the underlying market data is accurate, complete, or current — that data comes from TradingView and its data providers, not from us;
• an indicator will continue to be available, supported, or unchanged. We may modify, restrict, or withdraw any indicator at any time.

You are responsible for testing any tool on your own instruments, timeframes, and market conditions before relying on it, and for verifying every signal independently.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bose Dynamics and its operators shall not be liable for any trading loss, lost profit, lost opportunity, loss of data, or any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of this website, the DYNA indicators, or any content we publish — whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

7. Your responsibility

By using this website or any DYNA indicator, you confirm that:

• you make your own trading decisions, using your own judgement and your own risk management;
• you understand the instruments you trade and the risks they carry;
• you are solely responsible for any profit or loss on your account;
• you will comply with the laws, tax obligations, and market regulations that apply to you in your jurisdiction;
• you are of legal age to trade in your jurisdiction.

8. Third-party platforms and licensing

DYNA indicators run on TradingView, which is an independent third-party platform. Bose Dynamics is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TradingView, and TradingView does not endorse or vet our indicators. Your use of that platform is governed by TradingView's own terms and policies, and access to it — along with its data, alerts, and uptime — is outside our control.

Access to an indicator is a personal, non-transferable licence to use it on your own TradingView account. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, decompile, or republish any DYNA indicator or its source code. Access to invite-only DYNA Pro scripts is granted at our discretion and may be revoked, in particular where it has been shared or resold.

9. Community content

Our Telegram community is a discussion space, not an advisory service. Messages posted there — by us or by other members — are opinions and observations, not advice or recommendations, and are subject to this entire disclaimer. We do not verify, endorse, or take responsibility for content posted by other members, and we will never ask you for your broker credentials, funds, or account access.

This site links to third-party websites, including TradingView and Telegram. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, security, or privacy practices.

11. Changes to this disclaimer

We may update this disclaimer at any time. The revision date at the top of this page shows when it last changed, and the current version applies to your continued use of the site. It is worth re-reading occasionally.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. Where local law grants you rights that cannot be waived, those rights are unaffected.
