Privacy Policy

1. Who this policy covers

This policy explains how Bose Dynamics handles information in connection with the website bosedynamics.com and its subpages. It does not cover TradingView, Telegram, or any other third-party service you reach from here — those are governed by their own policies, and section 6 lists the ones this site touches.

2. What we do not collect

We do not ask for or collect your name, address, phone number, date of birth, financial details, broker credentials, or trading account information. There is no sign-up, no user profile, and no server-side database of visitors. We do not build advertising profiles, and we do not sell, rent, or trade personal data to anyone.

3. What is stored on your device

The site stores exactly one value in your browser's local storage:

• theme — remembers whether you chose the light or dark appearance, so the site does not flash the wrong one on your next visit.

This value stays on your device. It is never transmitted to us, it contains no identifier, and clearing your browser's site data removes it. We set no cookies of any kind.

4. Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see which pages are read and roughly where visitors come from. It is a privacy-first, cookieless product: it sets no cookies, uses no local storage, does not fingerprint your device, and does not track you across other websites. It reports aggregate figures — page views, referrer, country, browser, device type — and gives us no way to identify an individual visitor. Because it stores nothing on your device and builds no cross-site profile, no consent banner is required for it.

5. Hosting and server logs

This site is hosted on Cloudflare, which acts as our hosting provider and processor. As with any web host, serving a page necessarily involves processing your IP address and request metadata (the URL requested, timestamp, user agent) for delivery, caching, abuse prevention, and security. Cloudflare handles that data under its own privacy policy and retains it for a short period. We do not use these logs to identify or profile visitors.

6. Third parties this site contacts

Loading a page here causes your browser to make requests to the following third parties. Each receives your IP address as an unavoidable consequence of the request.

• Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery, and the analytics described above. The analytics beacon is fetched from static.cloudflareinsights.com and reports to cloudflareinsights.com.
• Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com) — the site's typefaces are served from Google's font CDN, so Google receives your IP address and user agent when a page loads. Google states that Google Fonts does not set cookies and does not use the requests for advertising. We are considering self-hosting the fonts, which would remove this request entirely.

We embed no advertising networks, no social media widgets or pixels, no session recording, no heatmaps, and no chat widgets.

Links to TradingView and to our Telegram community open only when you click them. What those platforms collect once you arrive is entirely up to them and their policies — if you join our Telegram group, for example, Telegram and the group's members can see your Telegram username per Telegram's own settings.

7. If you email us

Our contact address is bosedynamics@gmail.com, which is a Gmail account operated by Google. If you write to us, we receive and store your email address, your message, and anything you attach, and we use it only to answer you. We keep correspondence no longer than we need it, and we do not add you to any mailing list.

Please do not send us broker credentials, account numbers, payment card details, identity documents, or other sensitive personal data — we have no need for any of it, and email is not a secure channel.

8. Your rights

Because we hold no visitor accounts, there is usually nothing of yours for us to retrieve or delete. Where we do hold personal data — realistically, only email correspondence — you may ask us to give you a copy of it, correct it, or delete it. Write to bosedynamics@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under laws such as India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, the EU/UK GDPR, or the CCPA. We will honour any such request that applies to data we actually hold. We have never sold personal information and have no plans to.

9. Children

This site is intended for adults of legal trading age in their jurisdiction. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

10. Security

The site is served over HTTPS and is a static site — there is no login, no user input, and no visitor database to breach. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but the surface here is deliberately small.

11. Changes to this policy

If we add a service that changes how data is handled — a contact form or a newsletter, for example — we will update this page and change the revision date at the top before that service goes live.
